I was able to buy Hitogokochiki, Yamae-Nishiki, and Ginkame, but not Kinmon-Nishiki and Kin Kame... I have to buy them together, but Osaka-ya in Kichijoji sells Shinshu Kamerei as a set, so I am indebted to them from time to time!

Yamadanishiki Unfiltered Nama Sake was released in February, and the taste is superb after a good layering!
The sweetness and umami flavor were enhanced, and it was so delicious that you could easily drink too much of it!
