This is the first sake of the Tokyo meeting with high school seniors.
This is today's recommendation, they said.
It is rich, sweet and mellow. It has a gorgeous aroma and an alu feel typical of sake, but I think the sweetness stands out.
We paired it with sashimið.

T. KISO, I have been to Akita about 6 times, including Oga, Noshiro, Chokai, Kakunodate, Towada, and Nyuto Onsen, and they were all very tasty and nice places ð.

Good evening, etorannzyu! Yes, it has a good balance that makes it easy to match with dishes, but it was also rich enough to be present on its own ð.
You can't go wrong with this one, Yukino Kayasha!
