It is rich, sweet and mellow. It has a gorgeous aroma and an alu feel typical of sake, but I think the sweetness stands out.
We paired it with sashimi😊.

JoeT. KISO, I have been to Akita about 6 times, including Oga, Noshiro, Chokai, Kakunodate, Towada, and Nyuto Onsen, and they were all very tasty and nice places 😆.
