It was hot and humid today, so we rehydrated ourselves with beer before the sun came up and then went to Sakunohana♪
Just because it's called Hitogokochi, you expect it to be safe and consistently delicious 😁.
The elegant aroma and sweetness sinks in.
And yet it has a nice sharpness 👌
Nagano has a high level of quality 👍
