The spoils of my trip to Niigata (^o^)Itzumi Sake Brewery's Itzumi is hard to find in other prefectures!

The aftertaste is clean😄Itzumi's characteristic is that it has a strong flavor for a Niigata sake! It is very tasty and fruity while still having a sake-like character. It is a fruity sake that does not interfere with other dishes as a food sake. It is delicious.

Itsu-san! I don't think I've ever seen it in a liquor store 🤔, but the liquor store I went to the other day carries it ‼️ this review makes me want to drink it 😋.
