I left my employer to start my own business and celebrated with my family.
A grade I usually don't buy for myself.
Just for today, I will spoil myself.
It starts with a clean fruity aroma like apples.
Tasake's fruity, moderate sweetness, sharpness and balance are as stable as you would expect.
The acidity is a little stronger than the other wines in the year-round lineup.
The higher the temperature, the stronger it is.
However, it is not unpleasant, and in fact, it enhances the versatility of the sake, which can be used as a food sake as well.
It is not so much that it is a jun-dai sake (laugh), but that it is a very tasty sake in general.
It is also strong enough not to be defeated by sukiyaki. It's a very satisfying and drinkable bottle of sake.
Now I can work hard again.
