bouken
It is said to be the sake that helped Toyobai become a nationwide success. This is my second visit to Toyobai itself after a long absence.
The rice is Hanafukuyuki, and it is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake.
The aroma is mild, but there is a sweet atmosphere. It is fresh and has a strong sweetness from the rice. The mouthfeel is clean and light.
It may not be because it is an Aomori sake, but it also has an apple-like sweetness. The second half of the bottle has a crisp, alcoholic taste.
I think I prefer the junmai ginjo I drank before.
