Thickness. Sweet but with a dark bitter flavor base and a hint of acidity. The aroma is hard to escape through the nose and ends up in the mouth.
The sweet bitterness is noticeable in the second half, and the astringency is around the aftertaste.
The tongue is rough and firm.
It has a strong flavor and is as thick as Bean Curd with Bean Paste.
This is the reason why I started chasing Gagakuyo, but it will be sold out this year 😭,
