Kamonishiki荷札酒 播州山田錦 純米大吟醸

This is the third time for me to try a sake made with Bishu Yamada-Nishiki, following Bizen Omachi and Banshu Aizan. I liked it so much the last two times that I wanted to try a sake brewed with a different rice, and when I saw this Banshu Yamadanishiki, I bought it immediately.
It had a stronger melon-like aroma that I had also experienced in the past. I also detected a sweet aroma of green melon and vanilla, and it also smelled like melon soda or melon ice cream. It has a freshness, sweetness, moderate acidity, and a bit of bitterness, and the balance of flavors is as expected of a Kafuda sake.
It has a slightly effervescent taste, and combined with the low alcohol content, it was very easy to drink and was quickly consumed. It was very easy to drink and was quickly consumed.
