I thought it was a crane, but it was a stork 🙄.
First of all, cold sake 🧊.
It is almost amber in color.
It has a strong acidity and a slight umami.
It has an aroma of maturity and alcohol, "the sake" 🍶.
Next is heated sake: ♨️
I got it at 60 degrees.
The acidity and alcohol are noticeable 🧐.
When it dropped down to about 50-45 degrees, the acidity settled down and the texture mellowed out.
I can also detect a light nutty sweetness 😊.
About 45 degrees was the best time to drink it.
Heated sake is interesting to search for the right drinking temperature 😉.
