The sake is Junmai Ginjo Zodiac label of the Ten Rising Sun. The supernatant has a punchy taste with acidity and astringency. When mixed with ori, it changes to a gentle taste. The original supernatant... can't drink it anymore 😅.
I heard that they are planning to release a clear sake nama and a hi-ire sake after this. Can you get the three kinds of sake?
