It has been a while since I have had tasake (rice wine).
It is said that the name of this sake comes from "Aokei 140," the development name of the sake rice "Hanasoui.
As the name "Hana Sou" implies, the aroma is gorgeous and the flavor is typical of hiyaoroshi sake.
I was on a mission to open a bottle of No. 4 in two days because I was going on a trip, but I was able to finish 3 gou on the first day without difficulty 😅🍁.
