Continuing from yesterday, here is the Shinbashi corner after the run.
This was the second round of a self-serving comparison of Kachikoma, this Sogape, and Shinmasa's re-premium sake. It is a three-way comparison among the members with strong personalities.
My personal favorite was this Sogape as the best 😊.
When you take a sip, the acidity and sweetness of the ripe grapes come rushing in, but as you would expect from Sogape, it finishes smartly and smoothly. There is bitterness and astringency, but it returns to wash away the sweetness of the first half, leaving a subtle aftertaste.
As one would expect from a wine of this caliber 😆.
But I've never seen a 1,500ml bottle before😅.

Hi Ars! I highly recommend Sogape to you, Ars, who was originally into wine and then got stuck in the sake swamp 😆 Indeed, it's not easy to find 😅.
