Mikotsuru's new sake! I found it on Saturday and opened the bottle!
Soft and fruity! Already in the realm of perfection. A light bitterness lingers at the end. I expected it to be more bouncy, but it was different in a good way.
Miko-chan, it looks like there is a rush of new sake one after another from now on. I am looking forward to seeing how it is finished 😊.
