I had a chance to drink from noon at a sushi restaurant
I chose Nabeshima (specs unknown😅) from the sake list, which is usually not on the menu.
A little dry and fruity!
Just right to enjoy with snacks!

It's been a while since we've been to a sushi place that didn't open 😆 We felt happy.
However, drinking at sushi restaurants is always a struggle between "wanting to drink" and "wanting to eat nigiri" 😭.
