At Sake Rakumurakumo in Matsuyama, Japan.
After work, I took my junior colleagues from work to an izakaya that opened in the neighborhood.
We go to a new izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in the neighborhood and have a few drinks.
The fourth and last sake of the day is an order of Kurozon brewed by Nishioka Sake Brewery in Kochi.

It is a private brand of Kotobukiya Sake Brewery in Shimanto City.
It is a private brand of Sake Brewery Kotobukiya in Shimanto City. The timing was perfect for me to taste the first sip.
The sake has a slight gassy taste and is refreshing. It has a slight gaseous taste and a refreshing

I personally felt this was the most delicious sake of the day. Daito fish tempura, fava bean tempura
fish tempura, fava bean tempura, and duck carpaccio.
I enjoyed it with tempura of swordfish, fava bean tempura, and carpaccio of duck.
