disry
I still don't know how to read it, Homase? I still don't know how to read it. I don't know what "shinonozo" means, but it is more expensive than usual.
The aroma is mild. The usual muscat aroma. The gasiness is a bit gaseous.
Sweetness is quite moderate. The acidity is dominant, but not that strong. Quite a dry sake.
The acidity finishes with a sharp kick at a very fast pace. Very crisp.
I honestly don't know about the price tag (over 3,000 yen), but I am very satisfied with the taste.
