After one summer, it has a rounded mouthfeel. The top aroma is mild pineapple. It has a gorgeous aroma and a pear-like sweetness. The sake is rated -6 on the sake meter, but it is not as sweet as the sake meter, and has an atmosphere like a food sake. It has a bitter taste towards the end.
It is more fruity and sweet at room temperature.
The first half of the bottle is very nice, but the second half is very spicy...
