Hiyoroshi of Kaiharu (¡Ω-Ω-``)
Summer has been so long that I've been eating too many tupets, or maybe I've had a stomach ache, so I haven't been able to drink much sake.
I also cheated on my wife by buying barley wine, and even though the stock of barley wine in my house is getting quite large, I still don't want to buy any more... as a typical user of sake.
After getting sick, I happened to get some money from my horse and went to Yamanaka Sake store to buy some expensive Aki-Rika, but they didn't have any that caught my attention, so I went back to drinking Kaiharu Hiyoroshi, which is a normal price.
It is just a little bit ripe, spicy and rich in umami.
The flavor is dense, but still smooth.
I wish I had this in summer!
Warmed up, the ripeness and umami are more powerful.
It has more of an autumnal feel to it.
You can move the season slightly by heating or cooling it up.
Mr. Okawa took a bus trip (mostly on foot), but it was extremely hot in August, even in Aomori!
That must have made it hard to drink sake.

Hi Shinjou 🐦.
I'm sorry you had a hard time 💦 it was too hot this summer 🥵 I'm glad you are able to drink 🥵 so much that you need to cool down your body to keep it cool 😊.

Hi.......
It's been a summer of choosing between heat stroke and stomach problems!
From now on, it is the best season for sake, and numerous events and drinking parties should destroy your liver and stomach!
