The Oroku no Joumei I bought on my trip to Shimane.
Since I made the trip in December, I often let it sit for a while.
In the mouth, the gorgeous aroma leaves the nose while the darker part of the sake in the throat seems to linger.
Is it sweet? Is it dry?
The taste changes depending on the passage of time and where it is in the mouth.
When I drank it with pickled squid in salted malt, the squid took everything with it.

I think the best way to travel is with local sake and hot springs! In Shimane, it's Tamatsukuri Onsen and Oroku ^_^ Oh, I couldn't drink Oroku there.... I'm crazy from drinking too much🤪.
