The pale sweetness and astringency like the skin of the fruit.
Swallow and you will feel the alcohol poka-poka.
Afterwards, the fresh rice flavor can be felt gradually.
The sweetness is moderate throughout.
A summery, light, refreshing, and delicious sake.
I like it.
Goes well with marinated new onions with apple vinegar.
