New Year's Sake ⑤ After the Rain As expected of a Junmai Daiginjo, it's juicy, with a pronounced sweetness, yet balanced by just the right amount of acidity to prevent cloying. It goes down smoothly. Delicious. Personally, I preferred it from the second day onward, as the intensity of the sweetness mellowed, making it easier to drink.
