Hiyoroshi of Banshu Issen.
It was delicious.
Anyway, it had a rich taste, or rather, a concentrated flavor.
It had dryness, but also a little sweetness and acidity.
It had a mellow and harmonious flavor.
It has a hiyaoshi-like flavor, which seems to go well with autumn flavors.
It would also be good with strongly aromatic foods and fatty fish.
I want a bottle of this sake at home.
