Wine and Sake pairing course to match the dishes.
The 7th dish, Mehikari no Silk Wrapped Sushi, was served with a heated bottle of Tama Sakura. The mehikari was crispy and fluffy 😆 .
It was a nice complement to the gentle flavors of the dish, and not too assertive.
And my first time in Shimane ㊗️.
