First check-in for Tokushima sake. I bought this when I visited a sake brewery on a trip to Tokushima.
The aroma is quite fruity, and the mouthfeel has the umami of rice and a little bit of thickening. As you sip it, you will gradually taste acidity and spiciness. The change in flavor is interesting.

Our first Tokushima was also a Naruto sea bream sandesi 😌I've never been to Shikoku 🥲 I'd love to drink it there too!

Thanks for your comment, Jaynoby. I have 4 more prefectures to go before I conquer the whole country, but only Kyushu-Okinawa seems to be the difficult part😅Naruto sea bream is often seen outside of Tokushima. If you have a chance, please try it there 😊.
