I opened a bottle of Snokre for this season. The person at the store advised me to open it around the end of the year if I wanted to enjoy the gassy feeling. I put it into practice.
The other day, I accidentally triggered the automatic bottle opener on a Snokre that had been aged for half a year, so this time I carefully opened the bottle with my hand. A good sound.
The aroma is mild for Kouragiku, but it has a citrusy impression. Of course, there is a strong sense of gas.
The impression is relatively dry. Sweetness is mild. The acidity is firm.
The aftertaste is crisp and clean with a hint of acidity and bitterness.
It is clearer and crisper than I had imagined. It might be more suitable for eating than drinking alone. I've already secured another bottle, so I'll let it age a little longer.

Day 3, it's sweeter and juicier. I've secured another bottle, so now I'll drink it slowly.
