Yamazan Junmai Daiginjo Yamae Nishiki 40% Unfiltered Nama-shu
This is my first Yamazan.
This was also a sake I wanted to drink since I had seen it so often recently.
Tingling and juicy.
It is sweet and acidic, but not heavy.
It has an apple-like fruitiness and is very beautiful.
I thought this will be popular, but I have a feeling it will be sunk soon 😆.
