The settlement period at the end of the fiscal year continues, and I wanted to drink Mimuro Cedar for the first time in a while, so I opened a bottle of the one I had bought recently 😄.
It is also the first time to drink the seasonal Hana-Kyun.
The rice used is 100% Omachi.
Polishing ratio is 60
I couldn't help but shake the bottle up and down because fine ooze had accumulated at the bottom of the bottle 😱.
When I opened the bottle, I was surprised to feel quite a bit of gas, but I was able to close the bottle just in time without spilling the wine.
The aroma upon opening the bottle was fresh and sweet, with a soft sweet flavor of peachy melon-like fruitiness that was gorgeous.
