New Year's Eve. The last of the year is Loman shizukuri.
It is quite a high-class product. We only drink it at home on occasions like this.
This sake is made locally in Fukushima.
It is not flashy, but has an elegant aroma like melon.
In the mouth, you can feel the sweetness of the rice without any cloying taste. It is gorgeous but calm.
It was a good sake to finish the year.
