soumacho
I got this sake on a trip to Kagawa last month.
It was quite a distance from the main street of Kompira-san to the brewery 🚶.
Unfortunately, it was shuttered, so I bought it at a store in Takamatsu City.
Polishing ratio 71
Alcohol content is between 15 and 16 degrees Celsius.
Seo rice produced in Tottori Prefecture is used.
The owner of the brewery told us that he had never heard of Seo rice, but it seems to be the name of the producer and for some reason he is unable to disclose the name of the variety 🤔.
I was also worried about Akaban Omachi and Oseto, and although they are fire-brewed, I took this one home 👍.
First, I drank it cold.
The aroma has a graininess typical of junmai sake, and the rice flavor is rich and mellow. The strong acidity tightens it up and the spiciness gives it a sharp kick.
This is the royal road to junmai sake ✨.
When heated, it has a tingling sensation with an astringent taste that is also delicious. Of course, the sharpness is good too 😊.
The first snow ❄ was observed in Hiroshima and it was cold, so we ordered okonomiyaki to go.
The sweetness of the sauce was more harmonious and delicious.
I also paired it with soy beans, a local dish from Sanuki, and the sweetness of the soy beans was well wrapped up in the kaijin, making it a perfect dish 😋.

Good evening, soumacho.
My friend in Kagawa said that Etsukaijin is delicious. I would love to drink this sake. Okonomiyaki and sake go well together 🎵.

Hi Shimaho_Ke 😃
Kaijin-san, it's more of a stallion than an acidic main body, which makes it addictive.
If you like dry junmai sake, you should definitely try it 😋.
Okonomiyaki really makes sake go down a treat 😊.

I see you have brought home many different kinds of sake 🎵.
I drank Etsukaijin for the first time the other day and it was heated up and I remember it was delicious and tasty 😋.
I remember it was delicious and tasty It's getting colder all the time, so you need to keep warm with food and sake 😁.

Good morning, ma-ki-😃.
Last month you reviewed that you drank it heated, so this time I tried it heated too 🍶.
The acidity is a nice accent 😊.
