Tasake Micro bubble that has been sitting for a long time.
I had bought it last year but gave it to someone as a gift.
This is the first time to drink it!
The aroma of rice and alcohol is quite clear.
Not a secondary fermentation in the bottle
Filled with carbonation
Personally, I think
Sake that is intentionally closer to sparkling sake.
The mouthfeel is dry with a sweet heaviness on the tongue, and the acidity is strong.
I don't dislike it, but I don't like it either.
It doesn't need to be made so much, does it? I feel it's not necessary to make so much of it.
I don't think I'll buy it next year...
although the taste is different
Decided not to buy akabu sparklinggalaxy too
Akabu's seasonal products are not really to my taste.
I prefer their Junmai Ginjo and Nama Sake series.
