Blue label of "The Wind Blows". The aroma is a little pineapple-like. It has a rich, yamahai-like flavor. The freshness of the sake is not so much a freshness as a strength. It has a strength that seems to linger the next day. The umami and sweetness are strong, but the strength of the raw sake is overwhelmingly impressive.
