For the New Year's Eve and New Year's Eve, we bought 7 bottles of sake and 3 bottles of shochu.
On New Year's Eve we had Suminoe Junmai Ginjo somthing four.
It seems to be brewed with four different types of sake rice, mainly Yamadanishiki and Omachi.
Fruity aroma.
Yamada Nishiki and Omachi are used about 2/3 of the time.
It is a mellow sake with a good amount of sweetness and bitterness.
After opening the bottle for a while, it becomes heavier and has more depth.
