It was too delicious to pinch another from the following at Kakinuma-san.
First, at room temperature. The aroma is good, fruity yet moderate, just the way I like it.
The aftertaste is a little too strong, but the smoothness in the middle part of the bottle makes it very pleasant.
I thought it might be a waste, but I tried heating it up to lukewarm for half a gouge, and it became even more fruity and tasty.
Not too sweet, but pleasant. I want to restrain myself from drinking the entire 4-gou bottle in one day because of the pleasant sensation.
I definitely want to drink it again. I am filled with gratitude for making such a delicious sake.
I hope I can buy it again. Let's go back again.
