Summer is coming to an end.
But it's still hot and humid. 💦.
Today we will have Turtle Sea for the first time in a long time.
The aroma is like wine, astringent and sweet like muscat.
When you sip it, the astringency is astringent and quickly disappears vertically along with the sweet and sourness. This is a flavor I haven't had recently.
Pairing is a little difficult, but delicious 😊.
