I've been trying to figure out when to drink it since I bought it 😄 and now it's time to drink it 😅The aroma is apple caproic acid! It's a very sweet wine. The taste is very sweet, but then comes the sourness and bitterness! The aftertaste is firm and typical of Yamadanishiki. The finish is sweet and finishes off with a bitter bitterness. A well-balanced and delicious sake! The initial sweetness is so strong that I personally think it is better on its own! It may be a good choice as a food sake😅.

We had Tojo Yamadanishiki and it wasn't that sweet 😁They have the same good balance, but they are still different 😋.

The Banshu I drank was very sweet, the best of all the Collage I drank in the past, but it was balanced without sweetness! I'm not sure if it's a good idea to have a small amount of money to buy a new one, but I'm sure it's worth it!
