Ingredients : Rice, Rice malt
Alcohol Content: 16
Sake Degree : Undisclosed
Acidity : Undisclosed
Rice type : Gohyakumangoku
Rice polishing ratio : 60
Condition: Unfiltered unpasteurized sake
Sake Shop Shichikura (Sapporo, Japan)
When opened, the bottle was filled with a sizzling sensation.
Moderate gassiness
Slightly pineapple-like top note
The same fruity aroma as the first sip, moderate sweetness and umami of rice spreads with a gentle but assertive acidity and slight gassiness, and the sweetness of the rice is retained while the slight bitterness and spiciness of a little alcohol make it easy to finish.
Overall, this sake is well-balanced and gives a beautiful impression. It is delicious on its own, but also goes well with a meal.
It went well with low-temperature-cooked Aussie beef steak, salad with fresh eggs and tomatoes, sauteed new potatoes, and pot-au-feu with cabbage and mushrooms.
It also went well with Tororo rice and Maltese tuna sashimi.

Masaaki Sapporo
ellie, welcome to Sapporo😁Have you gotten some good drinks? You might want to leave the center of the city for ramen shops and soup curry shops because the most popular ones near Susukino have long lines 🍽️ It's cold in the mornings and evenings so take care👍
