I bought this on the way back from seeing Senko no Hathaway at a movie theater in Fuchu, a neighboring town.
The movie was very interesting, but all the goods were sold out. I bought this at a shop in Koyama, which is almost on the same route as the movie.
The name "Sen" on the back label is a reference to the theme song of the movie "Senko" by Alexandros.
The first sip is a strong attack of 17 degrees of alcohol, and it cuts you off.
After the second sip, you may get used to the high alcohol and feel the umami, sourness and bitterness. The aroma is a mixture of blue and semen 😋The gas is weak.
The sweetness increased around the third day after opening the bottle.
