240 seems to be the hardness of the water.
The color is clear.
Slightly sweet & sour on the palate. Mixed with each other.

The taste is not too much for a Yamahai sake. Still, there is a depth of flavor.
The aftertaste is still gentle.
I thought it was similar to Kaze no Mori in the types I have tasted.
