Akita Seishu.
Kariho and Dewatsuru are two different breweries with two different toji (master brewers). The Kariho and Dewatsuru breweries seem to be separate companies. The sales company is called Akita Seishu. The quality of sake is also different because of the different water system.
I tasted the following
Kariho Junmai Ginjo Kingfisher Label
Kariho Junmai Mature Dry 80
Dewatsuru Autumn Agari
Kingfisher label is clear and light.
Dewatsuru is juicy sweet and my favorite. I might buy it if I see it somewhere.
My impression so far is that I prefer Dewazuru because it is sweeter and more delicious.
