And Hakutsuru Nishiki again! The debut of Hiroshima Sake's Ame-go-Month was at Eiraku Shokudo! This Hakutsuru Nishiki is the third time I've had this sake since I had it at Eiraku and Hanataro! Great aroma! The taste is complex with a sense of maturity, just like Toichi's earlier! My friends and I are getting used to the atmosphere at Sakura, and we're getting to know the master better!
