☀️ Fermentation complete type means did you shiva until all the sugar was turned into alcohol 🤔? The sweetness is gone and it looks gutted😅 It's a ooey-gooey amber color 🟡. Perfect type indeed. It still has no sweetness and you can clearly taste the umami of the rice 🌾. Although it has a dry taste, it is mild on the palate and does not feel heavy on the throat. ☺️ It is a well-balanced sake, not too harsh for being dry 🍶.
