I drank the Shu type in January and have always wanted to have a bottle of "Takagami".
I was surprised to find it at a sake store where I stopped by! And it was the "soma" type (皚) that I had been curious about!
I opened the bottle on the same day with a dance of joy!
When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was soft and fresh, with a hint of white peaches.
The silky, yet light and easy to drink, it makes you smile!
Soft sweetness like Wasanbon and white peaches. On the other hand, a slight gasiness gives it a refreshing rum-like taste. The juiciness and vibrancy of the pineapple with just the right amount of acidity and astringency comes in, and it disappears just like that, so it's a delicious drink that you can enjoy ✨.
I can't stop nimanima from start to finish 😋.
It's going to be in my top 10 of the year...!

Good evening, ma-ki!
I've often seen this type of sakewa, and it's just as delicious as your review ✨.
It makes my heart dance and it's really "sake-no-wa" in many ways 😋.
