Drinking famous sake! Shinsei for the first time
Fruity aroma different from tropical type, sweet and sour taste! The sweetness and acidity are strong! The acidity is seriously berry 🍓picky! I often compare it to fruit, but this one could have just as easily contained 🍓 as it is. Moreover, it is full of rice-derived umami. Is this the essence of a sake brewery?
It is amazing that this is made from rice!
On a side note
It seems that the numbered tickets for Type A were sold out at 6:00 a.m. 😅I guess it's not a lottery, so it's not so bad.

Good morning, Termat!
Congratulations on your first "Shinsei" 🎉.
I'm definitely a guy who laughs when I get a line before 6:30am that the numbered tickets are no longer available 🤣.
All No6 were sold out when I dropped by just before closing 😅.

Shima&Coffee&Sake in front of Fukui Station has opened "Shinsei A-type", so you can drink it if they have any left. 👍️

Mr. Jay and Ms. Novy. Good evening! The sake that is supported has a quintessential taste and originality 😳 Like it has to be this one. I guess if you are into that, you can afford 4am 🤣 And then there were a lot of people at the store.

Good evening, Mr. Gyve! I went there in the morning thinking that if A-tyte was the scapegoat, there might be other No. 6s! I went there in the morning, but as I expected, it was so popular that it disappeared 🥲I wish I could have been there 😂.

memo I wondered if it was too thin when I opened my mouth, but then it started to get thicker and thicker! I thought it was too thin at first, but then it became thicker and thicker! I heard that it runs out quickly, so is it recommended to drink this much after opening the bottle?
