It's a great sake that needs no comment, but since I received a bottle, I'll give a full review 💪.
I'm going to taste it at room temperature for now and then go for the hot sake.
It has a nice, clean aroma that is a bit like an aruze.
It's not fruity, but it's a nice aroma.
It has a smooth, light sweetness and a bit of sourness, then a crisp, dry sharpness.
Hachikaisan is no longer as sharp and crisp as it used to be. ☺️ It is easy to drink 😋.
As you drink more and more sake, you can feel the umami on your tongue and you can drink as much as you want without getting tired of it. ❤️
Oh man, it goes too well with Tororo rice, I'm getting fat 🫃.
It's also good when heated to 50 degrees Celsius, as the flavor of the rice spreads in your mouth. ❤️

It's still a popular one that is restricted to purchase, but it's really refreshing and delicious 🦩🧡.
It's best with soda, everyone should try it 🦩🦩🧡.
