A liquor store that I had developed in the neighborhood happened to be a special distributor of Nabeshima, and I purchased a bottle of Aiyama Junmai Sake.
Aiyama seems to be an excellent variety, called the diamond of sake rice.
Tomikuchiyo Shuzo is a sake brewery located in an inn town overlooking the Ariake Sea. This Nabeshima is a little sweet, but as it is a CLASSIC type, it has a mild taste that you will never get tired of drinking.
The second picture is a late-summer flower, Matsumishiso.
