First time I've ever had a hana-yori.
It is a thick fruity type that I like.
I didn't smell it that much, but the moment I put it in my mouth, the aroma of pear and the flavor of rice hit me with a gusto.
It has a moderate, refreshing acidity and a long-lasting sweetness with an excellent aftertaste.
The sweetness of the rice was outstanding, as expected from a 40% Omachi rice polishing ratio.
It is one of my favorite sake.
However, it is expensive, so I can't drink it on a daily basis.
