When I opened the fridge to see what I wanted to drink, my eyes fell on this sake that I bought at the end of the year as a winter-only sake 😊.
I was curious to buy it because it was the brand introduced on the Salmon Lab channel, but it's not a well-known Ibaraki sake.
I was curious to buy it because it was a brand introduced on the sakelabo channel 🍶, but it wasn't very well-known Ibaraki sake 🍶.
I thought I had to drink it now or else it would get twitchy, so I opened the bottle. ❗️
As usual, I sipped the water and smelled the aroma.
I put the sake aside so I can't really taste the freshness and freshness, but the light, slightly sweet taste is pleasant 🥰.
When chilled, the sweetness is followed by a slight bitterness, but it's hardly noticeable 👌.
On the other hand, when the temperature rises a little, the bitterness becomes more noticeable, so I would recommend drinking it cold.
As I recall, this is in the 1500 yen range including tax, so if I find it again, I will buy it. ❗️
I see that Morishima and Raifuku were not the only ones in Ibaraki 🤗.

Good evening, Manachy 🌛.
I forgot the name of the Taiheikai🌊 but I drank the low-alcohol one 😊.
I think Ibaraki sake has the qualities to be a major player if they do a better job of branding 🥰.

Nice to meet you. As a resident of Ibaraki Prefecture, I would like to ask you for your understanding of Ibaraki's sake 😄.
I drank "Watanobune" terroir (Ota-no-Tani) last October, it was very elegant and delicious. 🥰.

Good evening, Mayuko🌛.
I used to drink Ibaraki sake a lot because I like Morishima, but I was surprised at the price and taste👅 when I drank Watashu for the first time: ‼️
I'd like to try Manachie's recommended Kiri-Tsukuba or something like that 🥰.
