This one is a ginjo Nakakumi-nama 🍶 tastes similar to the unfiltered version. Beautiful dry taste,
Junmai Daiginjo, full of flavor, not too floral. Pleasantly dry. ☺️
We were told about a garden with a sake brewery where we can enjoy a light meal. I would like to visit there someday as it looks like a fun place with a nice view 😆.
