Oki Daikichi Honten's Shizenigo. It is labeled "馥 (fukuiku) Junmai.
The perfect alkalinity of 15 degrees Celsius helped to keep the sake flowing.
It is similar to the Masamune, but a different kind of junmai sake that we enjoyed.
