The 7th Annual Sake Tasting Event to be held on June 9, 2024.
This sake event focuses on the young people who will lead the sake world.
We were able to join Mr. Yasube & Ms. Kaorin! Thank you very much!
There were 10 participating sake breweries.

The stamp rally system allows you to drink a maximum of 70 sakes.
I took my time and drank about 25 sakes.
I was too busy enjoying the sake and talking with the brewery staff to take proper photos of the sake 🙇.
I was particularly interested in Mr. Chikara Urasato, the head brewer of Urasato Shuzoten, which brews Kirizukuba and Urasato.
Although he himself is a "downer," he brews sake with a wonderful sake quality design that has a flow and three-dimensionality.
His knowledge of brewing techniques and brewing methods to realize his sake quality design is also excellent.
He is handsome but a sake brewing geek 😁.
We started with Urasato Junmai Ginjo.
